PURPOSE: A voice chatting operation method and a system for the same are provided to enable a telephone user to access a web site via a telephone set and to register personal data and a receiving number for enabling a PC user to search for a desired chatter in a registered list at a web site so that it can implement a chatting community over a space combining an online and offline media. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an ARS(Automatic Response System) server(20) and an operation system(40). The ARS server(20) receives the personal data from a voice chatting applicant via a telephone set, and transmits the personal data to the operation system(40). The operation system(40) offers a contents search service to a PC member over the internet, and connects the PC member to a voice chatting applicant selected among an applicant data management database on a basis of an internet protocol.
