摘要 PURPOSE: A device for automatically measuring and aligning a laser beam is provided to precisely control a mirror drive motor and to reduce the time for aligning a laser beam by calculating the incident angle of the laser beam based on the vertical and horizontal position of the laser beam. CONSTITUTION: An automatic laser beam measuring and aligning device comprises the beam of a laser(100), a mirror(110), a beam splitter(120), a sensing unit(130), a control unit(140), and a motor(150). The sensing unit consists of a vertical position sensor(132) and a horizontal position sensor(134). The vertical position sensor measures the aligning of the beam diversified vertically in the reference position, and the horizontal sensor measures the aligning of the beam diversified horizontally in the reference position. The control unit compares the vertical and horizontal position values of the beam and controls the driving of the motor to make the beam placed in the reference positions.
