PURPOSE: A hand strap of a moving photographing device is provided to simplify the connection structure of a main body case and the hand strap to prevent the hand strap from being easily detached from the main body case. CONSTITUTION: A digital camera includes a lens for capturing an image, a CCD for converting the image captured by the lens into a digital signal, a recording medium for storing the digital signal, a display for confirming an actual object, and a power supply for continuously supplying power to the camera. The digital camera further includes a main body case(40) containing the lens, CCD, recording medium, display and power supply inside thereof and a hand strap part. A vertically long hole(40a) is formed in the side of the main body case, and a horizontally oval hole(40b) is formed at the center of the vertically long hole. The hand strap part is composed of a hinge(20) combined with the holes and a hand strap combined with the hinge.
