PURPOSE: A structure of an electric turbo charger is provided to evenly generate a torque regardless of a vehicle speed by driving a motor through selectively using electricity or battery power. CONSTITUTION: A turbine blade is rotated by exhaust gas passing through a turbine(10), thereby generating electricity. An air compressor(20) is operated by electricity so as to supply air into an engine. The turbine(10) is separated from the air compressor(20) and a generator(11) and a motor(21) are connected to each rotating shaft of the turbine(10) and the air compressor(20). The generator(11) transfers electricity created by the turbine blade to the motor(21). A regulator is provided in the generator(11) in order to supply constant voltage to the motor(21). The motor(21) is turned on/off by a switching device(22).
