PURPOSE: The method employs the fact that the in-house small plant self-bred on the high leveled earth for raising seedlings with a MS(murashige and skoog) or 1/2MS culture fluid were transplanted out of the house under the condition of 0-50% light shield and acclimated. The growth of the cultured plant shows improvement particularly when light was shielded or 25% shielded. CONSTITUTION: The method employs for horticulture to breed the cultural plants with culture ground containing support material under the condition of mixotrophy or autotrophy, and the culture is transplanted with 0-50% light shield to be raised out of the house. The support material is the high leveled earth including vermiculite, perlite and tosilee.
