PURPOSE: A web page expression method and system is provided to display a web page with a user browser language by using an IP(Internet Protocol) address range in a case that a user accesses a web page physically located at a foreign country. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises several steps. A user accesses an ISP 1(Internet Service Provider) over the internet(S10), and inputs a domain name of a desired web server at an address input window of a web browser(S20). Then, a DNS(Domain Name System) server converts the domain name into an IP address, and the ISP 1 transmits the converted IP address, the IP address of the ISP 1, and a browser language to an ISP 2 managing the desired web server, and the ISP 2 transmits a signal to the web server(S30). The web server extracts an HTTP header from the transmitted signal by using a header extraction module, and then extracts the IP address of the ISP 1 and the browser language from the HTTP header(S40). The web server determines a country and a language corresponding to the IP address and the browser language by using a database(S50). The web server transmits a web page, written in the determined browser language, to the ISP 2 by using a bifurcation module, and then the ISP 2 transmits the web page to the user via the ISP 1(S60).
