The retractable hook consists of a fixed tube (2), receiving a stud (3), in which slides a rod (4) with a large head (5), guided by the stud and receiving a ring having a locking diameter. The rod has an axial working groove (6) which does not emerge in the rod bottom part (7), an access labyrinth (8) emerging in the groove and a conical section (9) allowing passage of the ring locking diameter under the head. There is a locking rod outlet groove (18) and a compression spring (16).
