PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily distribute imaged data. SOLUTION: In this data transmission method, a transmission destination of the image data is automatically decided, and the image data are automatically transmitted. A center terminal 3 estimates a transmission destination candidate from an absolute position or relative positional relation between a reception terminal 2 and an imaging terminal 1, and transmits a list of the transmission destination candidate to the imaging terminal 1. The imaging terminal 1 sets an electronic mail address recorded in the transmission destination candidate to a transmission destination address, and transmits electronic mail with the image data attached to the electronic mail. Modification such as deletion or addition of the transmission destination candidate can be accepted from an imaging. The absolute position can be acquired by a GPS. The relative positional relation is acquired from an imaging direction or a focal distance in imaging.
