PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for improving the image quality of a moving image. SOLUTION: In image processing of a moving image composed of a plurality of images arranged time sequentially, the magnitude of a motion vector is detected in each block on the basis of two pieces of image data, and sharpness adjustment is performed with a degree of enhancement corresponding to the detected magnitude of the motion vector.
