PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specified electromagnetic wave transmitting plate capable of shielding or transmitting electromagnetic waves of specified frequencies and suppressing incident heat rays. SOLUTION: The specified electromagnetic wave transmitting plate 10 comprises a transparent conductive film 16 formed by providing apertures 14 on a glass 12. The apertures 14 are linear slits. A plurality of apertures 14 each having the same shape and size are provided on the film 16 so as to be arranged in upper and lower rows at prescribed intervals. In this way, since the linear apertures 14 are provided on the film 16, the plate 10 functions as a slot antenna to transmit electromagnetic waves of specified frequencies. Also, since the plate 10 reflects heat rays by the film 16, the plate 10 functions as a heat ray reflecting glass or a low radiation glass.
