PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a monitor system which discriminates the degree of emergency of an alarm to prevent the alarm from being continuously given. SOLUTION: The monitor system for monitoring the abnormality of a measured value of a monitor object device on a network is provided with the monitor object device, a reception device for receiving a report, and a monitor device which sets a plurality of thresholds as an upper limit threshold and informs that an abnormality to a threshold has occurred in the case that the measured value obtained from the monitor object device exceeds any of the thresholds.
