<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock generating device which can programmably set the frequency of a clock signal at a low price. SOLUTION: The clock generating device is equipped with a delay circuit (101) which inputs a 2nd clock signal and generates a plurality of signals having mutually different delay quantities, an exclusive logic circuit (102) which obtains exclusive logic between the plurality of signals from the delay circuit and a 1st clock signal, a selection part (103) which selects the output signal of the exclusive logic circuit, a counter (104) which counts the selection result of the selection part, a comparison part (105) which compares the output of the counter with a specific comparison value, and a clock generation part (107) which switches the logical state of the output signal according to the comparison result of the comparison part, and can programmably generate clock signals of various frequencies by the absolute minimum crystal vibrators.</p> |
