PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detector of a charged state of a battery, which can perform more accurately an estimated operation of a polarization electromotive voltage at a low temperature and detect an exact charged state of the battery. SOLUTION: The battery ECU 14 detects an SOC of the battery 10 based on a voltage V detected by a voltage detector 12 and a current I detected by a current detector 18, wherein through detection of the SOC the estimated operation is performed more accurately and the precision of the charged state detection of the battery 10 is improved by taking account different polarization characteristics included in each battery component material constituting the battery 10. |
