PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strap type wireless communication device and method physically attached to a mobile device and a prescribed bag carried at all times and taking account of a usability of a user. SOLUTION: This strap type wireless communication device is characterized in comprising a communication antenna 3 constantly holding an opening as a part of a strap part and adopting a characteristic constitution incorporating a non-contact type IC chip 2a which includes a modulation/demodulation circuit, a control CPU, and a memory and is connected to the communication antenna 3, in a bead part 2 attached to the root part of the strap part.
