PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered filter with high reliability and high characteristic stability. SOLUTION: A capacitor 22 is formed by electrodes 1A, 2A, 3A and dielectric layers 2, 3 and a dielectric layer 1 placed among them, and a capacitor 23 is formed by electrodes 10A, 11A, 12A and dielectric layers 11, 12 and a dielectric layer 10 placed among them. Dielectric layers 5 to 8 are sequentially layered between the capacitors 22 and 23 and a coil 21 is formed of conductor patterns 5A to 8A placed in the dielectric layers 5 to 8 and via-holes 6B to 8B placed to the dielectric layers 6 to 8.
