PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage amplifier circuit that ensures the linearity of input output characteristics even when receiving a very low input voltage or an interface voltage nearly equal to a power supply voltage. SOLUTION: The voltage amplifier circuit includes a capacitor 3 whose one terminal is connected to a noninverting input terminal (+) of an operational amplifier circuit 5, a reference voltage source 7 for biasing a DC voltage of the noninverting input terminal (+), a first resistor 8 connected between an output terminal of the operational amplifier circuit and an inverting input terminal (-), a second resistor 10 connected between the first resistor 8 and the reference voltage source 9, and a switching circuit 2 that applies an AC voltage in response to an input DC voltage Vin to the other terminal of the capacitor 3.
