PURPOSE: Heat from a heater is transmitted to a roller effectively by an indirect heating type to reduce preheating time and power consumption. CONSTITUTION: In a heating device of a laminator to laminate a film(5) and a paper(6) passing through a pair of heating rollers(1) and a pair of pressing rollers(2), a receiving space(32) is formed inside, and a shoe(3) is installed forming a heater groove(33) to communicate with the receiving space. The heating roller is inserted to the receiving space, and a heater(4) is mounted to the heater groove. Therefore, heat from the heater is transmitted to the heating roller without loss by the shoe, and the heating roller heats film supplied with a paper to laminate the film with the paper.
