PRODUCTION OF NONWOVEN FABRIC PADDING USING ABSORBENT COTTON, PADDING THEREFROM AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING PADDING

PURPOSE: A method of making a padding product by introducing antibacterial material, far-infrared material and flavorings into absorbent cotton, coating a moisture absorbing agent containing zeolite powder on the upper surface of a fabric and then embossing a nonwoven fabric, vinyl film or mesh covers is provided. Whereby, the product is excellent in soft touch when in use and has enhanced moisture absorbing function. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive(30) containing an antibacterial material, far-infrared material, flavorings and acrylic resin is coated on a fabric(10) comprising absorbent cotton, a moisture absorbing agent containing zeolite powder is coated on the fabric on a moisture absorbing agent-filled roller(50). Thereafter, a nonwoven fabric and a film material are placed on the upper and lower side of the fabric, embossed and then heat compressed on a thermal pressure roller(70) containing a heating device(72).
