PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zero insertion force electric connector, which supports a tip module, in which a rocking bar can be oriented by the stop equipment designed so that it may be integrated with a base, and to provides an electrical circuit of the tip module and a printed board. SOLUTION: The zero insertion force electric connector (2) includes a base (20) installed with a bottom half groove (200), and a cover (22) installed with a upper half groove (220), and a cam shaft (24) of a stick is accommodated when the above upper half groove is constituted to one perfect groove with the bottom half groove, and this stick contains the cam shaft (240) and a handle (242).
