<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message notice system capable of multifunctionally reporting an event, which occurs in a production facility, whereby prevent the line halt of a relevant production process. SOLUTION: Information is inputted from each of facilities 41-45 provided in an electronic component mounting process 4 through a LAN5 to an information receiving part 2a of a server 2 (step S1). The information received by the information receiving part 2a is sent to an information accumulating part 2b and it is judged whether the information is facility trouble information or not (step S2), is remaining component information or not (step S5), is quality information or not (step S9) and is production progress information or not (step S13). In respect to an event, with which the stop of the facility can be expected beforehand, such as event is reported to an operator under monitoring the relevant process at suitable timing before the facility stop by the information accumulating part 2b. Besides, since it is reported to the operator in audio data based on automatic receiving through the terminal equipment, the notice can surely be recognized.</p> |
