PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can share and use quality information obtained at plural manufacturing places. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a registering information transmitting part 14 which transmits registering information including quality information, a registering information receiving part 63 which receives the sent registering information, a registration part 64 which registers the quality information in a database based on the received registering information, a searching condition transmitting part 18 which transmits reference request which requires the reference information to be offered, an aggregating condition transmitting part 113, a searching condition receiving part 67 which receives the transmitted reference request, an aggregating condition receiving part 612, a searching part 68 which obtains the reference information based on the received reference request, an aggregating part 613, a result-of-search transmitting part 69 which transmits the obtained reference information, a result-of-aggregation transmitting part 614, a result-of-search receiving part 19 which receives the transmitted reference information, a result-of-aggregation receiving part 114, and a presenting part 115 which presents the received reference information to a user.
