PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an over discharge of a battery and a defective startup of an engine even in a long time parking by appropriately setting a power cut period. SOLUTION: A battery 31 supplies an electric power to a power supply ECU 10 and all kinds of ECU 20. The power supply ECU 10 comprises a control part 11, an EEPROM 12 and a power cut circuit 13. The control part 11 determines whether the vehicle is in the parking condition from the on/off state of an IG switch 32. The control part 11 cuts the power supply to all kinds of ECU 20 from the battery 31 when it passes the electric power cut period (for example 30 days) after the IG switch 32 is turned off and the vehicle is parked. In partionler, the control part 11 accepts a demand to change the period of the electric power cut period from an external tool 40 and changes the electric power cut period when it accepts the demand to change the period.
