PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing system which makes it possible to individually deliver the information requested by a user. SOLUTION: It is made possible with a user terminal 200 to set up on a Web site a Web page for unspecified number of users which can be edited for each of the users, a server 100 operating the Web site analyzes each of the editing formats for each of the Web pages for the users, based on an outcome of the analysis, the information considered to be necessary is devised to be forced to be individually delivered to the Web pages for each of the users.
