PURPOSE: A method and a system for handling a car accident by using a mobile phone are provided to obtain information necessary for the handling of the accident on the spot by using the mobile phone when a clash or a rear-end collision occurs, so as to settle the car accident quickly. CONSTITUTION: A user connects a main server(S10) and searches information according to accident types(S11). The information is classified by characters, graphics and motion pictures(S12). The user inputs information on the accident(S13), and a result is displayed on a mobile phone(S14). The user connects an accident car estimating part(S15) to input basic data, such as a manufacturer, a car model and a car name(S16) and select an accident area of the car(S17). An estimation fee suggested by an insurance company and repair centers is displayed(D11). If the user accepts the estimation fee, the car is moved to a repair center selected by the user(S19,S20,S21). And when the user searches the repair center, information is provided from the main server(D12). |
