PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a PDP TV to the ceiling is provided to easily control the viewing angle of the PDP TV or rotate the TV 360 degrees to allow a viewer to watch the TV in the optimum condition. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fixing a PDP TV to the ceiling includes a main frame(20), a horizontal shaft(30), a height adjustment frame(40), a height adjustment pipe(50), a ceiling fixing pipe(60), and an angle control lever(70). The PDP TV is fixed to the main frame. The horizontal shaft penetrates the main frame, being perpendicular to the main frame. The height adjustment frame is located at the center of the horizontal shaft. A connection hole(42) is formed on the top surface of the height adjustment frame, being protruded from the top surface. The height adjustment pipe is rotatively combined with the connection hole of height adjustment frame and has a plurality of first height adjustment holes(52). One end of the ceiling fixing pipe is inserted into the height adjustment pipe and the other end is fixed to the ceiling. The ceiling fixing pipe has the second height adjustment holes(64) corresponding to the first height adjustment holes. The bottom of the angle control lever is combined with the back side of the main frame using a hinge(72) and the top of the angle control lever is combined with the height adjustment frame.
