PURPOSE: A sound insulating system for a joint between a wall and a deck plate using sound insulating materials is provided to intercept a noise propagation passage. CONSTITUTION: The sound insulating system(600) for a joint between a wall and a deck plate using sound insulating materials comprises porous side plates(601) and a porous upper plate(602) forming both sides and an upper side, sound absorbing materials(603) filled in a space formed by both side plates(601) and the upper plate(602), a sponge plate(604) located on the lower side of the sound absorbing materials(603) and supported by both side plates(601), a front plate(605) and a rear plate forming the front and the backside to have the sound absorbing materials(603) and the sponge plate(604) built-in.
