PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of a conventional power converter, such as the problem of purchase or exchange for another power storage means, or purchase of a large-capacity power storage means which is required when a user wants to use the conventional converter for a longer time, since the rated voltage of its power storage means is fixed, the problem of a stop of electrical machinery and apparatuses which is required to perform the exchange, problems in serviceability such as a vain standard battery, etc., when the large-capacity battery is purchased, and the problem of being unable to charge the power storage means in an environment where solar light cannot be obtained, when a solar battery is used as a DC power source. SOLUTION: By making the structure expandable in series by the use of a plurality of power storage means blocks 102, power storage means blocks 102 are added, according to the form of usage by a user of a power converter body after its purchase. |
