PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting element of construction having high draw out efficiency of light. SOLUTION: This is the organic light-emitting element wherein the first transparent electrode 102, an organic positive hole injection layer 103, an organic positive hole transport layer 104, an organic light-emitting layer 105, an organic electron transport layer 106, the second transparent electrode 107 having an electron injection layer 109 and the transparent electrode 110, and a protective layer 108 are formed in this order, and the film thickness of the organic light- emitting layer, the organic electron transport layer and the second transparent electrode, and the total film thickness of the protective film are made 1/4 or less the light-emitting center wave length, thereby this is the organic light emitting element in which light is improved 1.5 times. |
