<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information service providing and utilization system of a fading information field system having means to reduce communication cost/load resulted from the process itself for distribution and delivery of information, to distribute the load concentrating in a computer of information provider side, to shorten the time for a user to start to use the information, and to decide the information distribution or delivery range optimum for both an information service provider and the user. SOLUTION: A user utilization state management part 107 which records a utilization frequency of the information often used by users and a request frequency of the information often requested to use by users is set at each node 102 connected to a network. A distribution node decision part 105, which decides the range of information distribution according to the user's utilization state, is set in the information provider computer 101. At each node 102, an information storage decision part 106 is set, which decides whether the information distributed from the information providers computer 101 or an adjacent node 102 are to be stored in its own node 102 or not based on the result of decision results at the distribution node decision part 105.</p> |
