<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transient phenomenon recording and evaluating device which can obtain proper evaluation of a transient phenomenon in a short time. SOLUTION: When an evaluation point generating means 16 specifies an evaluation point in a trend graph of a process signal displayed by a display means 14, an evaluating means 15 evaluates a transient phenomenon as to the evaluation point specified by the evaluation point generating means 16 and outputs the evaluation result. Thus, a range of the evaluation is specified, so the evaluation of the transient phenomenon can be obtained in a short time.</p> |
