摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound piezoelectric material in microstructure, which has high reliability at a low cost, and to provide an ultrasonic probe for an ultrasonic diagnostic device which uses the compound piezoelectric material, has high performance, and is inexpensive and to provide the ultrasonic diagnostic device. SOLUTION: A compound sheet 6 is formed which has a plurality of thin linear sintered piezoelectric materials 33 arrayed on one surface of a resin layer 22 in a fixed direction, and a plurality of sheets are stacked and united so that respective thin linear sintered piezoelectric materials 33 are between resin layers 22. At this point, an impregnating setting resin part 23 may be formed through impregnation with setting resin. Then composite piezoelectric materials are obtained by cutting the thin linear sintered piezoelectric materials 33 at right angles to the length. The cut surfaces may be polished.</p>
