PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work support system where the unpleasant feeling of a worker during waiting is dissolved and to provide an on-vehicle system used for the work support system. SOLUTION: Percentage-of-completion acquiring means R11 to Rn1 acquire the percentage of completion of work of respective vehicles stopping in multiple work places disposed on the same premises. Providing means R12 to Rn2 are arranged at an entrance of the premises or in the respective work places and they provide information to the vehicles entering the entrance or the work places. A provision control means 111a1 causes the providing means R12 to Rn2 to provide support information corresponding to the percentage of completion of the work.
