<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and surely return a lost article such as a cellular phone to the owner. SOLUTION: This server includes: an application/registration screen providing part for providing a service application screen and a user registration screen; an input part for inputting the user's information; an ID database; a password database; a member database for storing member information including IDs; a lost article information input part for inputting information on the lost article and its ID when inquired by the user; a lost article database for storing information on lost articles; a lost-and-found article information input part for inputting the ID of a tag attached to the lost article, upon an inquiry from the person who found the article; a lost-and-found article database for storing information on the lost and found articles; a searching part for searching the lost article database and the lost-and-found article database to see if the lost article has been found according to the ID; and a communicating part for transmitting the result of the search to the user.</p> |
