<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather information application service provider system capable of easily providing various weather information and weather situations. SOLUTION: This weather information application service provider system is provided with weather information collecting means collecting the weather information, weather information control database storing the collected weather information, application server means executing respective application functions such as weather situation display, rainfall forecast, and rain water inflow forecast based on the weather information collected in the weather information control database, WWW server means distributing the application execution results to users, communication means connecting the WWW server means to a public communication network, user information database storing the user information, user information control means controlling the stored user information, accounting information control means controlling the accounting information to the use of the system and services, and security diagnosis and control means protecting the information and the system stored in the respective database.</p> |
