PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust humidifying amount closer to a predetermined one when humidifying a gas to supply to a fuel cell. SOLUTION: In a fuel cell system 10, the temperature of a cooling water circulating between a fuel cell 20 and a first heat exchanger 32 is raised by the cooling water which is cooling the fuel cell 20, while decreased in the first heat exchanger 32. The temperature of a humidifying water circulating between a humidifier 30 and a second heat exchanger 34 is raised in the second heat exchanger 34, and the humidifying water is used for humidifying the oxidizing gas in the humidifier 30. A heat transfer channel 64 introduces a water whose temperature is raised by heat-exchanging with the cooling water in the first heat exchanger 32 to the second heat exchanger 34. Said water raises the temperature of the humidifying water in the second heat exchanger 34 by heat- exchanging with the humidifying water. By adjusting the amount which has not passed through the first heat exchanger 32 of the water which heat- exchanges with the humidifying water in the second heat exchanger 34, the humidifying amount in the humidifier 30 is adjusted. |
