PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the fixing structure of a flexible printed board in which the flexible printed board can be surely positioned and connected mechanically and electrically. SOLUTION: In the structure for connecting a flexible printed board 3 with a circuit board 1 fixed with a metal shield case 2 for electromagnetic shielding, positioning is performed by inserting a positioning leg part piece provided on the metal shield case 2 into a positioning hole made in the circuit board 1 and inserting a positioning leg part piece 3a provided on the metal shield case 2 into a positioning hole 1a made in the positioning arm part side of the flexible printed board 3.
