PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle allocation system where a trouble that a user forgets to request vehicle allocation of a vehicle allocation center can be prevented and to provide a vehicle allocation request program. SOLUTION: The user has an information terminal 1 and a vehicle monitoring system 2 is disposed in the vehicle allocation center. An information terminal 3 is arranged in the vehicle. The vehicle monitoring system 2 selects the appropriate vehicle based on the vehicle allocation request from the user and gives the instruction of vehicle allocation to the pertinent vehicle based on the vehicle allocation request from the user. The information terminal 1 of the user is provided with a setting part setting reservation information including a place and time for designating vehicle allocation and time when reservation information is transmitted to the vehicle monitoring system and with a means giving reservation information. Reservation information is confirmed by the informing means before the transmission of reservation information and vehicle allocation is requested. Such reservation information is set in the vehicle allocation request program and a processing can be performed by a computer.
