PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage information of a change amount generated with commercial transactions in a store, to also enable a customer to easily use accumulated change and also to enclose customers in a store with a cash paying machine installed. SOLUTION: A system is provided with a change information inputting part 14 for inputting information of a change amount to be paid to a customer by a service provider, a change accumulating part 4 for accumulating change amounts inputted by the change information inputting part 14 in each customer, a deciding part 5 for deciding whether or not a change amount accumulated by the change accumulating part 4 reaches a prescribed amount, a notifying part 6 for notifying the customer to the effect that the accumulated change amounts reach the prescribed amount when the deciding part 5 decides that the accumulated change amounts reach the prescribed amount, and a transfer processing part 10 for transferring the accumulated change amounts entirely or partially to an account of the customer.
