The voltage of the capacitor C6 for the direct-current blocking is biased to 0V by the voltage of the capacitor C7 for cancellation to eliminate the direct current, and a one-side dark discharge is prevented by preventing deviations of mercury in the fluorescent lamp FL due to moving.
