PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a hidden face appear by operating a movable panel to hide an electronic apparatus and to take a recording medium in and out of a movable panel part. SOLUTION: A first panel member 12 is turnably mounted on the front face part of a main body 10 of device so that the front side or rear side can be selectively displayed, a second panel member 14 having an opening 14B, through which a recording medium 11 is passed, is mounted movably between the position of a using state and the position of a load state adjacent to a player, the hidden panel is mounted movably from a housing position to a position for hiding the second panel member 14 and after the second panel member 14 is moved from the position of the using state to the position of the load state, the first panel member 12 is turned over by a driving mechanism. Then, the hidden panel is moved to the position for hiding the second panel member 14.
