PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service which a customer such as a housewife can receive merchandise, which is ordered in advance, at a shop at a convenient time. SOLUTION: When a headquarter server 1 receives order of an item from a customer's terminal device 5 through a network 4, the order of the item is forwarded to one of the store servers 2. When the store server 2 receives the forwarded order of the item, the order is registered. An in-store terminal device 3 transmits information that a customer comes to the store, to the store server 2 when a prescribed input indicating the coming of the customer is received, and receives the contents of order of the customer from the store server 2 and displays it to the customer. |
