摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing the malfunction of a driving circuit and also capable of making a picture frame smaller and moreover in which an EMI (electromagnetic interference) measure can be sufficiently taken. CONSTITUTION: This display device is provided with a driving circuit which is mounted in an area being in the outside of the liquid crystal display part of one substrate of substrates disposed to face oppositely with liquid crystal while by being connected with the signal lines formed in the inside of the liquid crystal display part and, moreover, capacitors are formed in the mounting area of the driving circuit of the one substrate.
