PURPOSE: A disk brake for a vehicle is provided to prevent a dither of a pad plate and to ease to return the pad plate after completing braking operation. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake comprises a pad supporting pin(30), a coil pad spring(31). The pad supporting pin penetrates a first pad plate(11) and a second pad plate(12). Both ends of the pad supporting pin are fixed in a fixing member(20). The pad supporting pin is more than one. The coil pad spring is inserted around the pad supporting pin. Both ends of the coil pad spring are fixed in the first and the second pad plates with torsion at an angle of specific degrees. Therein, production and installation of the pad spring are easy and production cost is reduced.
