PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly restore a system to an operable state while holding dump data. SOLUTION: A plurality of storage devices 13 to 15 store the same operating system, and are switched by a storage device switching connecting part 36 so that either one storage device can be connected to an arithmetic unit 12. Since this constitution can restart the system by switching the storage device to the other storage device when failure is caused in the storage device connected to the arithmetic unit 12, the system can be quickly restored to the operable state while holding the dump data stored in the original storage device becoming a switching object.
