PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output section of an X-ray image detector which can reduce the structural noise and have a good contrast, and to provide a method and a device for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the output section of the X-ray image detector comprising an output substrate 13 and a phosphor layer 22 which consists of numerous phosphor particles 24 converting photoelectrons into the visual light and is arranged on the output substrate 13, the filling density of the phosphor particles 24 constituting the phosphor layer 22 in the lower layer part A being in contact with the output substrate 13 is set to be smaller than the filling density in the upper layer part B.
