<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage-controlled oscillator that can cope with an increased oscillating frequency by suppressing parasitic capacitance. SOLUTION: A resistive element of a differential circuit is formed by a plurality of transistors, a transistor provided to an output point of a differential output is biased toward a deeper linear region than that of other transistors to allow the transistor to have a smaller size thereby decreasing the parasitic capacitance when viewed from the output point.</p> |
