PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make information easily obtained even by a user unskilled in an operation, when the information is obtained from a site on a Web. SOLUTION: In this information providing system comprising a user terminal 10, and a service server 20 capable of transceiving a data via a communication network W, the user terminal 10 is provided with a means 12 for inputting (recognizing) a voice, and a means 14 for converting the input voice into a text data, and the server 20 is provided with a means 22 for analyzing words and phrases of the data transmitted from the user terminal 10, a construction part 24 for reading out information as to a stream data including an amination of a virtual assistant corresponding to the analyzed words and phrases, from a database preliminarily accumulated, so as to construct a stream, and an output part 26 for stream-outputting one or more of the stream data corresponding to the constructed stream to the user terminal 10.
