The invention relates to a computer-assisted pull flow production management method consisting of the following steps, namely: (i) a step involving the construction of a schedule in the form of a digital table comprising information relating to the links between a determined finished product and the constituent components of said finished product; (ii) a step involving the construction of a digital table concerning the parameters of each of said components; and (iii) a step whereby the number of product requirements is determined by constructing a digital table of calendar requirements over a given period (e.g. 12 months). The inventive method is characterised in that (a) the step involving the construction of the table of components comprises a descriptor that specifies the management mode [KANBAN, reorder point, synchronous, MRPII] associated with said component, and (b) the step involving the determination of the number of product requirements relates to requirements in terms of primary products and, for components having a descriptor with a KANBAN - or reorder point -type step, includes the calculation of a daily average consumption parameter (DAC) using the ratio of primary requirements over the number of days in said given period.
