PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally save energy and to sufficiently lower the environmental temperature when it is high in communication terminal equipment. SOLUTION: When a print JOB is finished (ST1), the environmental temperature is measured (ST2) and an energy saving wait time and a sleep wait time are set (ST3 and ST4). On the other hand, it is decided whether the measured temperature is higher than the threshold or not (ST5) and when it is higher than the threshold, a FAN rotation time for high temperature is acquired (ST6) but when the temperature is lower than the threshold, an ordinary FAN rotation time is acquired (ST7). Independently of the lapse of the energy saving wait time and the sleep wait time, the FAN is rotated just for the acquired FAN rotation time (ST8 and ST9). |
