PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an apparatus for simultaneously removing higher harmonic waves by using an active filter and controlling a zero power flow, and reduce the installment space and the cost associated with each control. SOLUTION: In a power supply 100 for supplying power (AC power) from a power supply line L1 to a load 13, a control circuit 11 outputs an instruction for controlling a q-axis to a converter 6 when a current transformer 10 detects fluctuation of power on the power supply line L1, controls timing when the converter 6 is connected, and generates power for canceling higher harmonic waves by using a capacitor 7 and a reactor 4. When the control circuit 11 inputs a detected signal (a positive instruction or a negative instruction) from a current detector 12, the control circuit 11 outputs an instruction for controlling a d-axis to the converter 6, controls timing when the converter 6 is connected and charge and discharge of a storage battery 9. |
